Persimmon needed a digital platform to deliver targeted direct marketing with speed and accuracy. We designed a system that lets teams analyse live CRM data, define precise audiences, and build campaigns with ease.
Content can be added by Persimmon or produced end-to-end by our team, depending on internal capacity. Campaigns are automated and fully scheduled, with measurable engagement built in through robust reporting. The platform respects customer communication preferences, records every touchpoint, and writes campaign activity back into each customer’s history, creating a clear, compliant view of performance over time.
Results
The platform has scaled from a single-region tool into Persimmon Group’s primary direct marketing engine, driving visits to marketing suites and their websites. It now supports almost 500 open or upcoming developments across the UK, used by 29 regional sales teams. Each year, teams run around 9,500 planned and reactive campaigns with full tracking and visibility.
Our studio produces about 65 unique SMS messages and 40 bespoke emails each week, alongside reviewing, refining, approving, and scheduling 80+ client-generated emails. The result is faster delivery, stronger compliance, and clearer reporting at scale.
