Project overview
We created a web-based platform that brings requests, briefing, proofing, and delivery into a single workflow.
Departments can submit work, upload briefs, and review proofs with full transparency. Designers can plan, track, and deliver projects end to end, with task and time management built in. Admin users have the controls needed to oversee workload, permissions, and process.
Results
Since launch, the platform has become the studio’s day-to-day engine, supporting around 1,200 projects each year. Even through the pandemic, the team sustained 800–900 active projects, with consistent visibility for clients and stakeholders.
Because the system is online, designers can manage work securely from any location, keeping projects moving. We built it to evolve, and it continues to adapt to their studio needs—supporting a focused rebrand in 2022 and rolling out major workflow improvements in 2024. It now provides a reliable, searchable record of current and past work.
